Tenders are invited for Procurement of Studio Equipment Bid document Price: 50 birr Bid bond: 80000 BIRR Bid Documents can be obtained from the House of people representative procurement and finance Directorate upon payment of a Non Refundable fee of birr 50 (Birr fifteen) only and bid documents procurement office 2nd-floor room No 46 The bid must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 80,000 (eight thousand birr) in the form of COP or unconditional Bank Guarantee Valid for 120 days Bidding will be conducted through the national competitive bidding procedures and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guideline. Interested and Eligible bidders may obtain further information from house of people representative office at the address given below from 2:30 /local time to 11:30 /local time of official working days . The bid is open to all eligible bidders fulfilling the following requirements. a) The bidder must possess related to the procurement renewed license for the year 2013 E.C. b) Certificates of Registration at supplier list and clearance certificate c) Copies of TAX clearance registration for VAT and TIN must be presented for the procurement of the bid documents d) Company Authorization letter from the manufacture One original and two copies of technical and Financial Bids sealed separately and enclosed in one mother envelope in accordance with the requirements presented in the instructions to the Bidders should be submitted to the address below, on 30th calendar days from the date of the request is published on Ethiopian Addis Zemen News Paper before 8:00 / local time, the Bid will be closed and at same day opened in 8:30 /local time in the presence of bidders or representatives who choose to attend at House of people representative procurement team 2nd-floor room no 46 on the 31ST consecutive days. if the 31th is not a working day, the next working day shall be the bid opening day. Let submission of the bid shall be rejected. The house of people representative reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bid
