- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Sunflower Oil, Milk Powder, Vegetable Ghee and Rice Bids opening date: Dec 4, 2021 02:00 PM Bid document price: 500.00 (Five hundred birr only) Bid bond: 500,000.00 (Five Hundred thousand Birr) Sealed bid marked as described in the bidding documents and addressed to the above address must be received by the Business Unit at or before 2:00 PM (afternoon) on 4 December 2021. The bid document/ Proposal/ will be received through the bid box or hand received. No liability will be accepted by the buyer for loss or late delivery. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend the above-mentioned date and address at 2:00 PM (afternoon) at the Business Unit's head office meeting hall. The bid shall remain valid for 30(thirty) working days until the bid submission deadline. The bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Birr 500,000(Five hundred Thousand) in the original form of CPO or unconditional Bank guarantee from any Bank in Ethiopia. The bid security should be in the name of Consumer Products Trading Business Unit The bid security shall be valid for forty five (45) days starting from the bid submission deadline. ETBU-CPTBU (ALLE) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
