- Quotation are invited for Procurement of Supply and Lay Epoxy Floor Finish with 5cm Thick Cement Screed for 3000m2 Store Block a & B at Akaki Warehouse Site Bid Security Amount: ETB 60,000.00 Bid closing date: August 7,2023 until 5:00 P.M. Bid opening date: August 8,2023 at 9:30 A.M, Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 200.00 ETB Bid bond: 60,000.00 ETB Interested bidders are expected to fulfill the Requirements stated here below: a) Bid security b) Availability of Letter of Authorization to sign the bid offers. c) Bidders should have a valid and renewed trade license for the year d) Bidders should have VAT registration certificate e) Tax Clearance. f) Bidders Should Submit compliance statement g) Anti-bribery plague forms h) Certificate of competence endorsed by Ministry of Construction or respective region. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security for Birr 60,000.00 (ETB Sixty Thousand only) The bid bond shall be furnished in one of the following forms: - a) Certified Cheque /CPO issued by a recognized domestic bank or b) Bond issued by and/or confirmed through a recognized/reputable Domestic bank
