- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Supply & Install in-Room Air Conditioning Bid document price: Birr 200.00 Bid bond: Birr 100,000.00 Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures and open to Competitive bidders from Eligible source country as defined in the Guidelines. A complete set of Bidding Documents in the English language maybe purchased by interested bidders at the address given below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr). The deadline for bid document submission is July 13, 2021 afternoon of 2.00 pm. Bid Opening Date will be July 13,2021 at 2:30 pm afternoon. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Total amount of bid security could be for the bid is Birr 100,000.00 (One hundred Thousand Birr). Bid Security must be in the form of CPO, Bank Guarantee and Irrevocable L/C from recognized Bank of Ethiopia or in Cash or any of permitted in Public Procurement & Property Administration Directive. Insurance Bond is not acceptable. The bid security shall be attached with or in the original Financial envelop. Bidders shall provide with their bid; Relevant renewed trade license, VAT registration certificate, copy of registration certificate from Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency (PPPAA) (bidders can print their Registration Certificate from the PPPAA website) Tax Clearance letter from tax authority. Bidders shall be required submitting bid documents by One (1) envelope containing financial proposal Original & Copy separately. The Company /Bidder Name has to be Written on the back side of the envelope The envelope have to be Stamped, Properly Sealed & Signed Financial bid offers will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at the Finance and Procurement Directorate office Block A 2nd floor of the Ministry. The Purchaser reserves the right to reject the bid in partially or fully.
