- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Supply & Installation of Gps with Speed Limiter for the Administration Vehicles Bid closing date: 21 Consecutive Days at 10:00 AM Bid opening date: 21 Consecutive Days at 10:30 AM Region: Dire Dawa Bid document price: Birr 300.00 Bid bond: Birr 50,000.00 All eligible bidders should present from the mandated public body: Renewed Trade license for the year 2014 EC Supplier certificate Tax clearance and VAT registration certificate Supplier Certificate Qualification certificate from the Ministry of Transport A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested eligible bidder on the submission of a written application to the DDA Finance & Economic Development Bureau Procurement Section upon payment of 300 (THREE HUNDRED BIRR ONLY). The bid will be floated on air for 21 consecutive days and the bids must be delivered on the next day after the floating period ends to the address below at or before 9:30 AM from the date of announcement on The Ethiopian Herald. Bids shall be valid for a period of 60 days after bid opening and all bids must be accompanied by a bid security 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Birr) in the form of a certified cheque or payable order, bank draft, letter of credit, or an unconditional bank guarantee. The bid security shall be valid for 28 days beyond the validity of the bid. Late bids shall be rejected.
