- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Technical/Skill Development Trainings and Management Development Program. Bids opening date: Nov 11, 2021 02:30 PM Bid document price: 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr) The bid document shall be obtained commencing 28 October 2021 from Procurement Division, which is located at Lideta Sub- City in front of Addis Ababa university School of Commerce, Hiber Tower 19th floor against payment of a nonrefundable fee of Birr 200.00 (two hundred) in Account Number IN0403007 in any branch of Hibret Bank during office hours. Interested bidders are advised to review the bid document carefully before preparing & submitting their bids. Bids must be submitted on November 11,2021 at 2:00 P.M. Each bid must be presented in a sealed envelope and strictly in accordance with the instruction to bidders indicated in the bid document. The bid will be opened at Hibret Bank Head Office located at Hiber Tower 4th floor at presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in the bid opening on November 11, 2021 at 2:30 P.M. Failure to observe the instruction & conditions provided in the bid document will constitute grounds for rejection of the bidder from competition.
