- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Toolkits, Equipment, and Materials for 25 Towns Capacity Building Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Ministry of Water and Energy, Procurement Executive officer, 1st Floor, Room Number 30 and inspect the Bidding Documents between the hours of 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. morning and 1: 30p.m -5:30 p.m afternoon. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 200.00 (Two Hundred) or in a convertible currency. The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the Agence Française de Development's Bidding Documents for Procurement of Goods. Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 10:00 am on 13th June,2023 and must be accompanied by bid security of ETB 200,000.00 (Two Hundred Thousand). Bids will be opened in public and in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 10:30 am on 13th June, 2023 at the offices of Procurement Executive Officer, 1st Floor, Room Number 113. Qualification criteria are as follows: Bidders should have the experience at least two contracts similar size and nature in the last five years, supported with names of clients, type and value of contracts. The Bidders shall furnish audited financial statement of the firm for the last three years to confirm an average annual financial turnover of at least 1.5 times the bid price.
