- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Vehicle International Institute of Rural Reconstruction (IIRR-Ethiopia), a USAID recipient, is hereby seeking potential bidders to submit duty free quotes for one (1) new Station Wagon vehicle that will be used to support the ongoing BIOM activity.
