- Tenders are invited for Procurement Video Conference Electronics Equipment & Accessory Assessing and Installation and College Information Management System Bids opening date: 21st day after the announcement on the Newspaper at 10:00 AM Bid document price: 200.00 (two Hundred Birr) Bid bond: 2% Interested bidders should provide copies of relevant and valid documents with renewed trade license in the year 2014 E.C , VAT and TIN registration certificate , supplier certificate and evidence indicating that the bidder has performed taxpaying obligations from federal/regional revenue Authorities. . Bid document shall be purchased by interested bidders from Somali regional bureau of Innovation And Technology Bureau, Finance and logistic support Process up on submission of non-refundable fee of 200 birr. All bids must be companied by a bid security 2% (two percent) of bid price in the form of CPO or Bank guarantee valid for a period of 40 days: insurance Bond is not acceptable. Bid must be submitted to Somali Regional State Innovation and Technology Bureau, Finance, and Logistic support process with in 20 consecutive working days starting from the announcement on the newspaper. Bids will be opened on the 21st day after the announcement on the Newspaper at 10:00 AM in the presence of Bidders or their legal representatives. Late Bids shall be rejected Bidders shall submit two envelopes in one envelope and separately in another envelope and should be sealed and waxed in an outer envelope. The Somali Regional state, Innovation And Technology Bureau have a right to Accept or reject the bid.
