- Tenders are invited for Procurement for following: Video Conference kit: qty 1 LCD Display: qty 2 Security Camera IP CCTV Surveillance system: qty 3 Professional Camera: qty 1 Bid document price: 200.00 (two Hundred Birr) Bid bond: 30,000.00 Birr A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased from the address below specified and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 200.00 (two Hundred) for each respective lot. If a bidder is interested to be involved in both lots, pay the sum of the lots amount (ETB 400.00) All Bidders must be accompanied above specified amount in the form of CPO or Unconditional bank Guarantee which will valid for at least 60-days and prepare in the name of "Africa Center of Excellence for Water Management". If a bidder has eligible to involve in both lots, accompanied bid security the sum of lot 1 and lot amounts._ ACEWM has prepared bid document in scanned softcopy, the bidder must deliver at the time of bid document purchase a written letter which will specify the name of the bidder, business principal address, responsible body name, active email address and telephone number ACEWM does not prepare bid documents in hard copy/printout/; . Bid offer shall be delivered sealed documents on or before 2:30 pm September 21, 2021 and opened on the same day at 3, 00 pm The bid closes and opens publicly in the presence of the bidders' or representatives who are assigned to attend.
