- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Warehouse and Factory Building and Compound Site Construction Works Located in Oromiya Regional Government Burayu Twon A complete set of bid documents can be obtained up on payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 300 (three hundred) commencing from 11 April 2022 from AIC Procurement, Logistics and Property Administration Department, Ras Abebe Aregay Street, on the 5th floor of Awash Towers. The bid document shall be collected during office hours Monday to Friday morning 8:00 to 12:00 AM, Afternoon 1:00-4:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 to 12:00 AM. Bid proposal should be accompanied by the bid security of Birr 200,000.00 (two hundred thousand Birr) in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee or Cash Payment Order (C.P.O). Other forms of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) / are not acceptable (address: Awash Insurance Company S.C). The bid will remain valid for 120 days. Bids must be submitted in person to Awash Insurance Company S.C. during office hours only until 29 April 2022 at the place mentioned under number 2 above. The bid shall be closed on 29 April 2022 at 2:00Pm Bid opening shall be held on 29 April 2022 at 3:00 Pm, in the presence of bidders and /or their legal agents at Awash Insurance Company HQ. 5th floor meeting hall.
