- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Water Quality Testing Equipment Bid closing date: Mar 07, 2024 2:00 PM Bid opening date: Mar 07, 2024 2:30 PM Region: Addis Ababa Bid bond: 20,000.00 Birr 4.1. The Bidder shall demonstrate that it has successfully and substantively completed at least one contract within the last three years prior to the bid submission deadline a contract having the value of ETB 700,000.00 or two contracts with a combined value of ETB 700,000 or three contracts with a combined value of ETB 700,000 that are similar in nature and complexity to the Goods and Related Services under the Contract. 10. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 20,000.00 (twenty thousand-) or equivalent in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO to the Ministry of Water and Energy and shall remain valid for 118 (One Hundred eighteen) days after the bid submission deadline. For Bank Guarantee the bidder must use the bank guarantee form included in section IV (Bid Form) of the Bidding Document.
