- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Water Supply Maintenance Materials (Spare Parts) Bid closing date: 15th calendar day of the announcement of this bid in the newspapers at 2:00 p.m. Bid opening date: open on the same date at 2:30 p.m. Region: Oromia Bid document price: 1,000.00 Birr Bid bond: 2% Bidders advised to submit financial in separate wax sealed envelopes label as ORIGINAL & COPY (Original Financial and Copy Financial all in separate wax sealed envelopes). Also bid bond (bid security) by its separate wax sealed envelope. Bidders have to willingness to visit their showrooms or store for sample inspection. Opening ceremony & submitting bid only at ERCS, Oromia, Saris -Adey Abeba (Finfinne) Bidders are advised to read the bidding document thoroughly in order to fill all the necessary details requested in the bid document. Obtain further information from the address mentioned above Bid will be closed on the 15th calendar day of the announcement of this bid in the newspapers at 2:00 p.m. and open on the same date at 2:30 p.m., ERCS, Oromia National Regional Brach, Saris -Adey Abeba (Finfinne) and if the date is a holiday on the next working date at 10:00 AM. Provide 2% of offered contract price bid security in form of CPO or Bank guarantee addressed to the above mentioned office valid for ninety calendar days or as mentioned in bid document.
