- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Wood-Free 80 Gsm & 45 Gsm Reel Paper, Different Color Web Offset Ink, Different Size Blankets & Roller Cleaner Bids opening date: Nov 2, 2021 02:30 PM Bid document price: Birr 200.00 Bid bond: 1% Bidders can purchase a complete set of bidding document up on deposit none refundable fee Birr 200.00 (Two hundred birr) to the purchasers Bank account No:1000281546078 Commercial Bank of Ethiopia starting publication day of this announcement on the Ethiopian Herald Newspaper. Bidding document will be available at Abay Printing and Paper Packaging PLC, Office at Bahir Dar town or Addis Ababa Factory liaison office located at 4 kilo Amhara Development Association's new building at ground office no 6. Bids must be accompanied (secured) by a Bid Bond 1% of total amount of bid price including tax subject to maximum of 500,000,00 ETB. Currency of the bid bond is in the form of CPO, Unconditional Bank Guarantee or issued by a Foreign Bank & counter guaranteed by any Bank in Ethiopia. Bidders should present their Financial and Technical documents separately in the scaled envelope. Technical bid must be provided with samples. Bidder's proposal (document) should be received until November 2, 2021 before 2:00 PM only, and bid shall be closed on November 2, 2021 at 2:00PM, both technical and financial proposals will be opened on the same day at 2:30 P.M at Bahir Dar town Factory Supply & Logistics Office. . The Factory reserves the right to accept or reject partially or all bids.
