- Tenders are invited for Procurements of Food Items for the Project Entitled Building Resilience and Rehabilitating Conflict-Affected Communities in Tigray Region 1 1st Grade Wheat Flour well packed production date and address to be properly printed Qtl 785.5 2 Edible oil fortified with Vitamin A with Hit pack Lit 2625 3 Transportations cost to Mekelle Qtl 4. Bids shall be valid for a period of thirty (30) days after bid opening, bids must be accompanied by Birr Ten Thousand (10,000.00) in the form of Cashiers, payment order (CPO) and shall be marked payable to EECMY-DASSC-HO and issued by eligible Ethiopian Bank 5. Bidders must attach valid Trade/ Business licensee, suppliers Registration certificate, Taxpayer certificate, VAT registration, tax clearance, certificate of competence, related legal documents and good performance evidence, and past work experience in related fields. 6.
