- Expression of Interest are invited for Prequalification of Companies/Firms for Production and Supply of Standard Concrete Pipes for Addis Ababa Road Construction Projects The main objective of this EOI is to produce, haling and supply of circular reinforced concrete pipes' for the above Addis Ababa road construction project on fixed rate bases. Interested companies /firms/ must fill in the ECWC prequalification applications and submit relevant documents/information os to demonstrate that they are eligible and qualified to perform the stated works as and when required by ECWC. In principle, ECWC intends to use the outcome of this exercise for prequalification purposes in the context of procurement actions /opportunities to work with ECWC. The applicants should consider the following application procedures and documents: The applicant shall bear all costs related to preparation and submission of this Expression of interest. ECWC will not be responsible or liable for those costs regardless of the result of the selection process Incorrect, incomplete and inadequate application may lead to rejection of the application All document must be submitted in English language Applicants may be requested to clarification on submitted document, ECWC has the right to reject the application without communicating the contractors ECWC shall not provide explanation to applicants related to shortlisting and selection process, in this respect, ECWC decision shall be final and binding for all applicants ECWC shall not enforced to pay advance payment to sub-contractors International companies are not allowed to participate in this EOI as it is being run locally in Ethiopia Submission of documents shall as per the Termer's of References given in the EOI, The EOI document may be purchased by interested constructors from the office of Foreign Procurement Team with out payment up on presentation trade license, renewed tax clearance and VAT.
