- Tenders are invited for Professional, Competent and Reliable Consultants to Conduct Salary Scheme and Other Benefit Packages Scope of the work: The consultant is expected to carry out the following tasks: Carrying out a survey of current salary and benefits packages of the staff at Hohete Tibeb S. Co. Carrying out a survey of service and salary schemes of organizations listed in section III above. Developing a salary and service scheme appropriate to Hohete Tibeb S. Co in the light of its budget and its need that attracts and helps to retain professional staff. Developing a differentiated benefits package for the different work units within the company based on the local practices. Developing service scheme that indicates salary scales for each job category to enable decision on promotion and increment to be transparent. Interested individuals/ firms that meet the indicated requirements can submit their proposal within 07 working days from the date of this announcement in person to Human Resource Administration Manager Office No. 101 Addis Ababa around Gerji area in front of Unity University Main Campus.
