- Tenders are invited for Professional Premium Rate Assessment Actuarial Consultancy Service Bid document price: 50 birr Bid bond: 2% Interested eligible bidders can submit a complete set of bidding document against a nonrefundable payment of ETB 50/fifty Birr/ Bidders shall present copy of their renewed trade license for the year 2013 E.Cregistration certificates, tax identification of vat registration certificates and other necessary document, . All tenders must be submitted to insurance fund administration agency along with a bid security /bid bond/ in acceptable forms CPO only as specified in the bidding data sheet amounting 2 percent of the bid offer on separate envelope . The bid security shall be valid for 15 consecutive days beyond the end of the validity period of the bid. Tenders submitted after the dead line will be automatically rejected. Technical and Financial proposal shall be produced in separate sealed envelopes. Bidders who did not obtain the Bidding document (TOR)directly from the IFAA will be rejected during evaluation. FAA reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process at any time prior to contract award with out there by incurring only liability to bidders. . Date for tender document collection-June 20/2021 . Tender document collection dead line-July 3/2021 Bid will be closed on. July 4/2021 at 3:00pm and will be opened on the same date at 3:30 pm in the presence of those bidders of their authorized representatives who are willing to attend the event at IFAA conference room.
