In Ethiopia, we help protect children from abuse, neglect, exploitation, and violence often associated with harmful traditional practices, such as child marriage. We also train communities to reduce the risks associated with natural disasters before, during, and after the emergency. The Children Believe Fund Ethiopia Country office is pleased to invite qualified and registered audit firms recognized by the Office of the Federal Auditor General to submit their technical and financial proposals for the IRC Lego Foundation's one-year project. The requirements: Renewed license for 2014/2015 E.C. Who has the legal license and experience to provide audit services? including the Accounting Board of Ethiopia (AABE) Professional license TIN and VAT registration certificate Evidence of previous experience in providing similar services in international NGOS. Maximum period for finalizing the audit work (the audit service is expected to start immediately) Previous audit experience with International NGO and IPSAS-based accounting. Company profile/CV's of the people who participate in the audit. SCOPE OF SERVICE The firm will audit IRC Lego foundation one-year Short Term project. The firm should conduct the audit according to Accepted Accounting Standards & Agency for Civil Society Organizations and Accounting Board of Ethiopia (AABE requirement. The audit will be based in Addis Ababa Office. Management letter and financial consolidation report will be the major output of the services. In its proposal, the firm should provide the fee for audit service; the duration of the Project audit: date of submission of the final audit report. Children believe Fund maintains the right, without incurring any responsibility to bidders, to accept or reject any bid, to void the tendering process, and to reject all bids at any moment prior to contract award. Provide valid certificate and registration by the Country's regulation and renewed license for the year 2015 Ethiopian Calendar. Interested and eligible audit firms can collect the Request for Proposal, which is immediately available and costs 100 birr, from the Children Believe Ethiopia County Office at Cape Verde Street (Bole Rwanda Area), Woreda 02, House #066, Bole Sub City, Addis Ababa. The deadline for submitting proposals will be September 24, 2023.
