- Tenders are invited for Project Management and Capacity Building Consultancy. The Agence Française de Développement ("AFD") in Ethiopia intends to procure a Consultant for the following project, ‘Consulting Services for Grant Coordination and Capacity Building of Grantees of the Civil Society Innovation Fund (CSIF) -. The Civil Society Innovation Fund AFD will support consortia including new and emergent actors in Ethiopian civil society working sub-sectors in civil society (media, gender and human rights) whose work used to be heavily restricted by the 2009 Charities and Societies Proclamation. AFD has earmarked a fund of maximum 2.1 EUR million to fund 2 to 4 projects, with a duration of maximum 36 months.The projects selected are expected to be between 500,000 € and 1,000,000 €.
