Tenders are invited for Providing the Necessary Labor, Material, and Equipment for the Implementation of Bridge Foundation Investigation of the Road Project Interested bidders shall submit the following evidence; i. Trading License renewed for 2013 EFY, VAT & TIN Registration Certificate; and ii Tax Clearance Certificate, which states that the bidder can participate in any public tender that, remains valid at bidding date. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (2:00 to 6:00 — Local time) and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 pm (7:00 to 11:00 - Local time) Monday to Friday. A complete set of bidding documents prepared in English languages may be collected by interested bidders, effective as of the next day of announcement Address "Macro General Contractor and Trading PLC, Tel: +251-114-19-81-59" Bidder shall submit two envelops, the first envelope labeled as "Qualification Information" and the second envelope "Financial Bid separate sealed and the two envelops sealed in an outer single envelope "Tender Document", Late Bids submitted later than the stated date and time, are not acceptable. The Bid opening will be held in the presence of the bidders and the consultant representatives subsequent to the notification of the consultant schedule.
