Tenders are invited for Providing the Necessary Professionals for the Consultancy Service Bids opening date: 31st day at 02:30pm (08:30 local time) Bid document price: 300/Three Hundred Birr/ Bid bond: 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand birr) Qualifications requirements include: must be eligible fulfilling the requirements of the Particular Instruction of the Project, as referred in bid data sheet. A margin of preference for goods manufactured in Ethiopia and local companies sengine in construction or consultancy services shall be applied additional details are provided in the Bidding Documents. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to Batajira OFED and upon payment of non-refundable fee ETB 300/Three Hundred Birr/ only within 30 days consecutive days from the date of publication as Addis zemen newspaper. The method of payment will be cash. The Bidding Documents will be sent by legal person authorized by the Bidder. Bids must be delivered to the address below Butajira OFED Purchasing and Sales work process to attend on the 31st day at or before 02:00pm (08:00 local time): Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder's representatives who choose to attend on the 31" day at the Butajira OFED Purchasing and work process at 02:30pm (08:30 local time). All Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand birr) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency for each lot. The bid security shall be payable on demand to the employer, and must be in an acceptable form of Bank Guarantee CPO and must be addressed Butajira City OFED.
