- Tenders are invited for Provision of Advertisement Service The Amount of Bid Security (ETB): 20,000 5. A complete set of bid documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address given below at 9 (a) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 100 Birr (one hundred Birr) for each bid. The method of payment will be in cash. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 9(b) on or before August 3, 2023, at 10:00 AM. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Cash Payment Order (CPO) or unconditional bank guarantee from a recognized Bank and/or counter-guarantee from the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia. All Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 9 (b) on August 3, 2023, at 10: 30AM. 7. The Winner supplier shall present a 10% performance security in the form of a Certified Check or Cash Payment Order (CPO) or unconditional bank guarantee in ETB.
