- Tenders are invited for Provision of Cleaning Service Bids opening date: Nov 22, 2021 10:30 AM Bid document price: Birr 200.00 Bid bond: Birr 100,000.00 Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source as defined in the Bidding Documents. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Ethiopian Railways Corporation Addis Ababa Light Rail Transit service and inspect the Bidding Document from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to Ethiopian Railways Corporation Addis Ababa Light Rail Transit Service and upon payment of a non-refundable fee 200ETB (Two Hundred Birr only. Bidders must submit the technical and Financial documents separately The Financial and technical documents should have one original and one copy for each, clearly marked ORIGINAL and COPY. Each envelope shall be stamped and sealed. In the event of any discrepancy between them, the original will prevail. Bidders must have license Enabling Private Employment Agencies to Provide Local Employment Exchange Service from City Government of Addis Ababa Labour And Social Affairs Bureau, Bids must be delivered to Ethiopian Railways Corporation Addis Ababa Light Rail Transit Service at or before 10:00 AM 22/11/2021. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend in person at Ethiopian Railways Corporation Addis Ababa Light Rail Transit Service at 10:30 AM November 22/11/2021. Ethiopian Railways Corporation Addis Ababa Light Rail Transit Service reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders.
