- Tenders are invited for Provision of Commodity Freight Transportation Services Valid/renewed business license, registration certificate, VAT registration certificate, TIN certificate Bid security bond (CPO or equivalent) in the amount of ETB 20,000 with validity of 3 months Applicants must own a minimum of two (2) TRUCK NPR trucks (50 quintal loading capacity), ownership under the name of the bidding company, with proper insurance coverage, roadworthy, and in compliance to standards of the Road Transportation Authority A statement of declaration of: Acceptance to PSI's Contract Agreement, Specific Terms and Conditions of Purchase Compliance to PSI policies Bid closing date: Mar 03, 2022 7:00 AM Bid opening date: No Specific Opening Date Region: Addis Ababa Bid bond: Birr 20,000.00 Scope of Services: Trucks for Transportation (Lease basis): TRUCK NPR, capacity of 50 quintals TRUCK FSR, capacity of 90 quintals Areas of Operation: [A-category] - Within Addis Ababa (60 km radius) [B-category] - Afar, Amhara, Benishangul Gumuz, Dire Dawa, Harar, Gambela, Oromia, SNNPR, Sidama, Southwest Region, Tigray, Somale Tender/Bid responses must be accompanied with: A company profile listing the bidder's address, branches, organizational structure, staff employed, work experience, list of customers, areas of operations...etc Evidence verifying the type and number of trucks owned under the name of bidding company Evidence of bidder's financial capacity in the form of recent audit reports Evidence of past satisfactory performance record in the provision of similar services A completed/filled PSI Price Schedule Interested applicants may obtain the tender documents from PSI/Ethiopia, Addis Ababa office (address below) on weekdays (Monday to Thursday), during office hours (09:00 A.M to 17:00 hours) starting from February 17, 2022, until March 2, 2022. Bid responses must be officially submitted-to and received-by PSI/Ethiopia office (address below) on or before March 3, 2022, till 10:00 AM (morning). Late bids shall be rejected
