- Tenders are invited for Provision of consultancy Service for End of Program Evaluation for Enemay AP and Tulo AP ot I End of Program Evaluation for Enemay AP N.B. Each participating bidders are only allowed to participate on one End line Evaluation Only. Participants are allowed to choose and participate in either of the two lots. Eligible vendors may collect Request for proposal (RFP) document from WVE Procurement Unit with the address shown below through presenting credentials (renewed license ,VAT,TIN certificate and commercial registration and renewed tax clearance certificate) during working hours (9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00PM to 4:00PM), From May 16, 2022 to May 30, 2022. The bidding document (RFP) will be distributed to the bidders through e-mail address given to the unit All documents (Technical and Financial proposals) must be delivered to the address above in the bid box prepared for the purpose on or before 12:00 AM (06:00 Local time) on May 31, 2022. .
