- Tenders are invited for Provision of Design, Contract Administration and Supervision Services for its Mixed-Use Buildings. · The bid is open to ‘Consultant Architects- or ‘Building Consultants- with a certificate of competence issued by the Construction Works Regulatory Authority (CWRA). · Bidders who are qualified to participate in the assessment of the PRICE PROPSAL component shall meet the Grade level required to carry out work for the estimated cost of each project. In the event that qualified bidders are below the required Grade, they shall submit an Agreement or Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) concluded with an Architect of Record fulfilling these requirements. AYAT Share Company may also make its own nomination if the selected Architect of Record-s experience is not considered satisfactory.
