- Tenders are invited for Provision of Design Development Resident Supervision and Author Control Services for its Building Project at Wolayita Sodo. The plot is situated along the main asphalt traffic route leading to Arba Minch town, having a moderate sloppy terrain with an area of 4000m² surrounded by roads from three sides. Bidders are expected to integrate the plot use and building proposed to be in harmony with the existing urban fabric functionally. The site offers a commanding location and an opportunity to realize Berhan Bank-s iconic presence in an appropriate architectural expression. Bid registration shall be to the address below, on or before 20 February 2023 upon submission of copies of eligibility documents, a deposit slip of payment of a non-refundable registration fee of Birr 1,000.00 at any Berhan Bank branch shall be presented at the registration desk during working hours. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and shall be delivered to the address below, on or before 14:00 hours, (2:00 PM), on 24 March 2023 Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or bidders- representatives who chose to attend at the address below at 14:30 hours, (2:30 PM), on 24 March 2023.
