- Tenders are invited for Provision of Cleaning Service at World Vision Compound Located in Different Location with in Addis Ababa World Vision Ethiopia is looking for a potential Service provider for cleaning, compound beautification and loading-unloading service at different location with in Addis Ababa to enter in to LTA as per the detail on the RFP. Eligible Suppliers can register at World Vision Ethiopia-Head Office on the address shown below by delivering credential renewed license and upon submitting valid email address of the company during working hours (9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00PM to 4:00PM), From July 18, 2022 to August 08, 2022. Kindly be informed on Friday office will be closed at 2:00PM (8:00 Local time). The RFP will be distributed to the bidders through e-mail address given to the unit. All documents (Technical and Financial proposals) must be delivered to the address above in the bid box prepared for the purpose on or before 12:00 PM (06:00 Local time) on August 09, 2022. Please note that the submitted documents will be opened by WVE Procurement committee .The technical evaluation result will be posted on WVE notice board and communicated to the bidders up on the completion of technical evaluation. All participant/bidders must submit a bid security in the form of CPO/unconditional bank guarantee clearly written to “World Vision Ethiopia” amounting to ETB 50,000.00. The winner will be obliged to issue CPO or equivalent unconditional bank guarantee amounting 5% of the estimated contract value in favor of WVE as Performance guarantee.
