- Tenders are invited for Provision of External Audit Service Eligibility: Audit companies that fulfill the following requirements are eligible to bid: Professional competence assurance certificates; registration certificate from AABE; renewed trade license; document evidencing settlement of government taxes: VAT and TIN certificates; and renewed auditor general license for the current fiscal year. Interested & qualified applicants fulfilling the above requirements can request a "Terms of Reference for Audit of 2023 Accounts" by email at tigist.koru@helvetas.org . Please note that the request for the Term of Reference must be accompanied with an official letter requesting for TOR with a scan of a renewed trade license. Submission of Technical and Financial proposal is to be done together with non-returnable relevant documents to HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation, P.O. Box 27507/1000, Addis Ababa (tel. 011 467 2934/35/36) only by registered mail before 12th of October 2023.
