- Tenders are invited for Provision of External Audit Service Each interested firm should submit its sealed Technical and Financial proposals in two separate envelopes duly marking the envelopes as "Technical" and "Financial" proposals. The document must be delivered to the address below no later than 3:30 a.m., on October 24, 2023. The bid will be opened by the procurement committee on the same day at 4:00 a.m. in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Qualified audit firms will be considered based on their responsiveness to the requirements listed above, and technical, and financial evaluation results. Finally, the winner will be notified through the firm address. WACT reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bids at any time without assigning any reason or reasons whatsoever.
