- Tenders are invited for Provision of Geotechnical Studies Interested and eligible bidders are invited to collect the bid document from BGI Ethiopia (Mexico next to Tegbareid College) Procurement Department 3rd floor. The bid document shall be collected during office hours (Monday Sep 25 to Friday Oct 13, 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m., 1:30 p.m. -4:30 p.m.). Bidders should submit copies of their Commercial Registration Certificate, TIN, VAT certificate, Memorandum and Articles of Association (if PLC/Share Company), and renewed Business License for the current financial year. The service sector specified on the business license should be in line with the type of service that the proposed supplier will provide and another related company document with the proposal. Bidders should indicate the fixed line phone number, cell phone number, and e-mail address of their organization correctly while collecting bid documents. Bidders must submit the Technical and Financial bids in separate envelopes labeled accordingly. Bidders shall submit at the BGI Ethiopia office, Procurement Department, on or before Friday, Oct 13, 2023, during the stated timeline above. Bidders are required to use the bid box dedicated for this purpose which will be located on the 3rd floor.
