- Tenders are invited for Provision Hardware and Installation Services for Revamping of the Existing ATH Lan Interested bidders should site visit the ATH Head office, Addis Ababa, found at Wello Sefer in order to know the details of the existing LAN. ATH ICT Representatives will work with you during the site visit to share you the networking revamping and other demands. Bidders Shall visit the site with 10 days after the first announcement of the Bid Notice. Bidders may request for clarifications of any information during the site visit. After a proper site visit, the Bidder can deliver both the technical & financial proposals into two separate sealed envelopes before the closing date and time, at the ATH Head Office, Addis Ababa. Bidders can include all the n necessary Hardware, accessories and services required for the revamping of the LAN. Bidders shall summit proof of previous project accomplishments on the Installation, configuration and commissioning of LAN. Bidders should be licensed in ICT sector i.e. supply, installation, Implementation, Configuration commissioning of Local Area Network services (Networking), and shall attach copy of renewed business license for the year 2013 E.C., Certificate of registration from Ministry of Finance & Economic Development, and VAT registration certificate. Submission of all documents shall be in hardcopy as per the above procedure, (electronic submission is not acceptable) Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from ATH office at the address below from 8.30 AM up to 5.00 PM from Monday to Friday starting from advertisement of this Tender. The bid will be closed on July 16, 2021 at 10:00 AM and will be opened on the same date at ATH Office, in the presence of interested bidders or their authorized representatives The company reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
