- Tenders are invited for Provision of Lesson Learnt and Best/Promising Practice Consultancy Services. The International Rescue Committee hereinafter referred to as “the IRC”, is a non-profit, humanitarian agency that provides relief, rehabilitation, protection, resettlement services, and advocacy for refugees, displaced persons, and victims of oppression and violent conflict. The IRC invites applications from interested Bidders for the Provision of Lesson Learnt and best/promising practice consultancy Services. Interested and suitably qualified suppliers, technically competent and have a valid license for 2014EC/ 2021 collect RFP documents with the required tender information and Specifications from the IRC office located at Ethiopia CP, Uganda CP, South Sudan CP, and Somalia CP 13th December to 27th December 2021 Bidder shall submit bids addressed to the Procurement Committee, at International Rescue Committee via email address EthiopiaAddis.Procurement@rescue.org or physically at the IRC in country-offices offices in Uganda (Kampala - Lower Naguru), Ethiopia (Addis Ababa Main office; Jacros Area, Salite Mihret Road, SETS Building 5th Floor, Adjacent to Robera Coffee, Tele: 0116638302) and South Sudan (Located at Goshen House 1st Floor, Kololo Road, Juba-South Sudan) and Somalia ( (Off KM4 Street, airport road, Mogadishu, Somalia) not later than 28th NOVEMBER 2021 11:00 Am(East African Standard Time).
