- Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of Pest Control Services in WFP Warehouses and Offices in Ethiopia DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED: The expression of interest must include the following documentation: Company's confirmation in writing of their interest to join the WFP database or shortlist of companies for the requested services; Brief Company profile including contact details (e-mail address is mandatory, website, address/ physical location, telephone, fax numbers, max. of 5 pages); Copies of the registration documents (Renewed Trade Registration, Renewed Business License, Renewed Competency Certificate from Federal/Regional Ministry Bureau of Agriculture); VAT and Taxpayers Registration Certificate; Letters of reference from at least three (3) credible clients; Independently Audited Financial Statements for at least two years. All documents should be presented in English and in an orderly manner as per the guidelines above. Non-provision of the required documentation may result in the exclusion of the company from further consideration. Bid closing date: 04 August 2023, 12:00 hrs.
