- The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, hereby seeks expressions of interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced vendors for the Provision of Porterage and Messenger Services.Interested firms will be invited to participate in the upcoming tender exercise through a "Request for Proposal" (RFP) at a later stage. This tender envisages to select capable and qualified firm to provide porterage and messenger services to UNECAThe Porterage and Messanger Services include:a) Providing clerical, messenger and porterage servicesb) Assisting conference center: Installing and dismantling exhibition boots and panels.c) Rearranging furniture and equipment for the newly designed and assigned offices.d) Assembling and dismantling office furniture for moving and relocating purposes. e) Perform loading/unloading of consignments, materials and equipment to/from central stores.f) Operating powered and manual machines including pallet trucks, forklift and trolleys.g) Packing and systematic stuffing of materials.h) Organizing and categorizing various type of materials in storage facilities.i) Operating office machines including photocopy and binding machines.j...
