- Tenders are invited for Provision of Reliable and Quality Rental Vehicle Services Bid document price: 100.00 (One Hundred Birr) Bid bond: 10,000 (ten thousand birr) All eligible suppliers who have valid business license for the current year and similar experience can obtain the bid document expected requirement of operational travel areas and type of vehicles from EPHA with details of the travel areas & type of vehicles against non-refundable payment of Birr 100.00 (Hundred Birr) during office hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM) starting from the first day this notice appeared in The Ethiopian Reporter English Newspaper Bidders should submit their offers accompanied by copies of all appropriate documents: VAT Registration Certificate and Current Trade License. No offer should be sent via personal e-mails Please send your offers EPHA office in a sealed and stamped envelope labeled as Original and copy, before deadline for submission on Wednesday, September 27, 2021 before 04:00 AM Bidders shall provide as part of their bid, a bid security to the total amount of Birr 10,000.00 in the form of Certified Payment Order (CPO) guarantee issued from a recognised bank, which will be returned as soon as the contract is signed. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend Wednesday on September 22, 2021 at 02:00Pm at EPHA office located below. EPHA has set the following Essential criteria as part of this bid: - A. Essential (exclusion) Criteria 1. Eligibility Documents: Valid Business License, VAT and TIN certificate. II. Bid Security in the name of 'Ethiopian Public Health Association) valid for a period of at least 3 months starting from the date of tender submission must be in a separate envelope. Cash and insurance bond are not accepted.
