DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTSThe United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) , is seeking for exprersssions of Interest (EOIs) from qualified companies who can provide Services for South Carpark slab leakage maintenance project in the Compound of UNECA, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.The objective of this bid is to engage a Service Provider who can supply and install and is in the specialized trade to provide Maintenance Services for South Car Park roof slab leakage maintenance project. The successful bidder(s) will be contracted toprovide the Services as specified under the Scope of Work to be provided along with the bid document.UNECA, may at the request of the Contractor, can make arrangements to procure sealant from abroad on behalf of the contractor, where the later shall own all risks such as but not limited to: --Identify supplier , negotiate the price, provide accurate information for the payment and related processes--Veify compliance of sealant with the technical specifications before shipping, confirm the product once onsite and take ownership of the manufacturer and installation warranties.
