- Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of Superintendent Services for Food Commodities Imported or Procured Locally. Scope of Services: on food commodities, • Carry out pre-inspection activities coordinating with all stakeholders, reviewing the checklist, familiarizing oneself with the offloading site, and verifying the availability of necessary inspection equipment. • Conduct offloading inspection which involves visual inspection of food containers, monitoring and assisting in the destuffing process, assessing the quantity and condition of commodities received. • Provide detailed inspection reports and submit to stakeholders as required. • The contracted company will be required to have inspectors based in WFP Adama Warehouse. The services may not be limited only to Adama but in other WFP operational areas in the country. Bid closing date: Monday, 11 March 2024, 12:00 hrs.
