- Tenders are invited for Purchase of 19,694.25077 MT RFSA Food Commodities of Wheat, YSP And Vegetable Oils from Combolcha Primary Distribution Points to 34 Food Distribution Points (Fdp) Bids opening date: 10 consecutive working days at 2:30 PM Bid document price: 200.00 (two Hundred Birr) Bid bond: 2% Interested bidders may obtain their bidding documents at the address given below at 9(a) upon payment of a non-refundable Birr 200 (Two hundred birr) incash. Bid must be delivered to the Address in a sealed envelope within 10 (Ten) consecutive working days below at 9(b) up to at the end of 10 consecutive working days before 2:00 PM. . All bids must be accompanied by a bid security, 2 % of the total bid amount in the form of CPO/unconditional Bank Guarantee only. The guarantee instrument shall have validity of at least 30 consecutive working days from the date of the bid opening and shall be in the form of CPO/unconditional Bank Guarantee. Bidding documents shall be sealed and delivered to ORDA at Bahir Dar. Electronic bidding is not allowed and late bids will be rejected. Floating period of bid is 10 consecutive working days starting from the announcement of this bid on Addis Zemen News paper. Bids will be closed at 2:00 PM and opened in the presence of the bidders' or their legal representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 9 (b) at the end of 10 consecutive working days at 2:30 PM. If the closing and opening date is a holiday, closing and opening date will be on the next working day at the same day and time.
