- Tenders are invited for Purchase of Automobile Sedan, 2wd, 4 Cylinder, Petrol: qty 3 Bid closing date: Mar 17, 2022 10:00 AM Bid opening date: Mar 17, 2022 10:30 AM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: Birr 300 Bid Bond: Birr 100,000.00 A complete set of bidding documents can be purchased by any interested bidders starting from the date of the announcement of this tender in 'The Ethiopian Herald' up on payment of non-refundable fee of birr 300.00 (Three Hundred) during working hours from our Head Office, 4th floor, Office No. 402. Bidders should submit currently Renewed & Valid License for 2014 EFY, VAT & Tax Registration Certificate, and suppliers' list registration certificate, All bids must be accompanied by bid security requested for each category in the above table in the form of CPO/unconditional bank guarantee/issued by a recognized domestic bank in the country. All bidders must provide a separate Financial and Technical Original, Copy, Bid Security & Supporting documents in a separate wax sealed for each document, in one big envelop for each bids, duly marking the inner envelop as "original" and copy". Bidders should submit their offer to OFWE's Head Office on/or before March 17, 2022, 10:00 AM and the bid will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives on the same date at 10:30 AM. It is impossible for any bidders to quote bid price depending on price offered by any other bidder. Late bid shall not be accepted and will be returned unopened. OFWE reserves the right to reject or accept the bids partially or fully.
