Description: The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia would like to invites qualified companies to respond to this Request for Expression of Interest (REOI). The purpose of this REOI is to select suitable supplier with valid license for providing a bibliometrics software solution to improve impact and performance measurement of ECA-s publications.
