- Tenders are invited for Purchase of Computers & Other Electronics Equipment Bid closing date: Apr 20, 2022 10:00 AM Bid opening date: Apr 20, 2022 10:30 AM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 200.00 (two hundred Birr) Bid bond: 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand) A complete set of bidding documents can be purchased by any interested bidders from the date of this announcement in 'The Ethiopian Herald up on payment of non-refundable fee of birr 200.00 (Two Hundred) during working hours from our Head Office, 4th floor, Office No.401, located around Kebena Shell. Bidders should submit currently renewed license for 2014 EFY, VAT & Tax Registration certificate, and registration certificate in supplier list. All bids must be accompanied by bid security amounting birr 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand) in the form of CPO/unconditional bank guarantee/ issued by a recognized domestic bank in Ethiopia. All bidders must provide a separate Financial and Technical Original, copy, bid security & supporting documents in a separate wax sealed for each document, in one big envelop for each bids, duly marking the inner envelop as "original” and “copy". Bidders should submit their offer to OFWE's Head Office on/or before April 20,2022 (ሚያዝያ 12 ቀን 2014 ዓ.ም) 10:00 AM and the bid will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives on the same date at 10:30AM. It is impossible for any bidders to quote bid price based on price offered by any other bidder. Late bid shall not be accepted and return unopened. OFWE reserves the right to reject or accept the bids partially or fully.
