Tenders are invited for Purchase of Different Tires Bid closing date: Jan 14, 2022 7:00 AM Bid opening date: Jan 14, 2022 7:30 AM Bid document price: Birr 200.00 Bid bond: Birr 150,000.00 A complete set of bidding document can be purchased by any interested bidders from the date of this announcement in “The Ethiopian Herald' upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 200.00 (Two Hundred) during working hours from our Head Office, 4th floor, Office No.401. Bidders should submit a currently Renewed Trade License for 2014 EFY, VAT & Tax Registration Certificate, and Registration Certificate in Suppliers List. All bids must be accompanied by bid security amounting birr 150,000.00 (one hundred fifty thousand) in the form of CPO/unconditional bank guarantee/ issued by a recognized domestic bank. All bidders must provide a separate financial offer, bid security, supporting documents, and detailed Tyre specification in a separately wax sealed for each document and re-sealed in one big envelope. Bidders should submit their offer to OFWE's Head Office on/or before January 14, 2022 (ጥር 6 ቀን 2014 ዓ/ም) 10:00 AM, and the bid will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives on the same date at 10:30 AM. It is impossible for any bidders to quote bid prices depending on the price offered by any other bidder. Late bid shall not be accepted and will be returned unopened. Oromia Forest and Wildlife Enterprise (OFWE) reserves the right to reject or accept the bids partially or fully.
