- Tenders are invited for Purchase of Automobile Cars Bids opening date: opened on the same day 10:00 AM Bid document price: 250 birr Bid bond: 2% Bidding documents and additional copies may be purchased at Tumsa Endowment for Oromia Development office, Finfine, ETHIOPIA (P.O.Box 43027, Tel. +251115575818, mobile 0912467936, Room No.6), for a nonrefundable fee of Ethiopian Birr Two Hundred fifty birr (ETB 250.00), . Bidders must obtain registration for importer or Manufacturer & above licensed for Car with valid license for the current year. Bidders must submit the TENDER QUESTIONNAIRE and BID OFFER in separate envelops in duplicate machine copy labeled as ORIGINAL & COPY. The number of copies of the bid to be completed and returned shall be two (2) (one original & one machine copies) separately for technical with separately sealed CPO & financial proposals. Bidders may submit offers for all contracts Bidders must meet the minimum qualification criteria in the tender questionnaire for the award of contracts. Bids shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days after Bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security of not less than (2%) of Contract price in the form of Bank Guarantee, CPO, shall be delivered to Tumsa Endowment room No 6, on or before at 9:00 AM, and will be opened on the same day 10:00 AM at the presence of the bidders who wish to attend at the office of Tumsa Endowment for Oromia Development. . Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected . The Tumsa Endowment for Oromia Development reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
