- Tenders are invited for Purchase of Furniture Equipment Bid document price: 500.00 (Five hundred birr only) Bidders should have legal recognized and currently renewed license in Ethiopia. The Bid Security is to be sealed in a separate envelope within the main sealed bid. Bid documents can be obtained from Prisons Commission Office department of finance & logistics Located the main road kebele 10 in front of regional bureau of justice and prosecution during office hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Birr:- five hundred birr only). For eligibility, bidder must bring copy of renewed trade license, tax payer registration, tax clearance certificate for current year and any related documents, No one is allowed to duplicate or transfer the bidding document that she/he acquired to participate under this invitation Bid proposal will be received at the Prisons Commission Office during office hours before 10 calendar days after the date this notice posted on Ethiopian Herald newspaper, before 4:00 A.M. local time late Bids will be automatically rejected and shall be returned unopened to the bidder. Bids received in time and fulfilling the other formalities shall be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives at 2:30 AM on the next day after the submission deadline at the Prisons Commission Office. The Bidder shall seal both the original and copy of the Bid in separate envelopes, technical and financial proposal duly marking the envelopes as "ORIGINAL" and "COPY". The envelopes shall then be sealed in an outer envelope and deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose during office hours to the location mentioned above and before the deadline time, . Failure to observe the instruction and con ons in the bidding document will constitute for rejection for bid. Bidders are seriously advised to read and comply with the instructions provided in this bidding document. The Company reserves the right to cancel at all or part of bid without giving reasons.
