- Tenders are invited for Purchase of General Food Items for Long-Term Agreement Eligible vendors can register at World Vision Ethiopia-Head Office at the address shown below by delivering their credential renewed license and upon submitting a valid email address of the company during working hours (9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM), From August 20, 2023, to August 28, 2023. Kindly be informed on Friday office will be closed at 2:00 PM (8:00 Local time). The RFP will be distributed to the bidders through the e-mail address given to the unit. All documents (Technical and Financial proposals) must be delivered to the address above in the bid box prepared for the purpose on or before 12:00 PM (06:00 Local time) on August 28, 2023. Please note that the submitted documents will be opened by WVE Procurement committee and the technical evaluation result will be posted on WVE notice board and will be communicated to the bidders up on the completion of technical evaluation. All participant/bidders must submit bid security in the form of CPO/unconditional bank guarantee clearly written to "World Vision Ethiopia" amounting to ETB 10,000.00.
