- Tenders are invited for Purchase of ICT Equipment and Accessories Desktop Computer (quantity 26), Laptop Computer (quantity 10), Mobile WiFi modem - Wireless (quantity 15). Basic Requirements: Both technical and financial offers should be in separate envelopes and dully signed and stamped. Late or incomplete bids will not be accepted Issuance of Technical and Financial Proposals does not constitute award/contract commitment by GAIN. GAIN reserves the right to disqualify any offer based on offeror failure to follow instructions. GAIN has the right to cancel the bid partially or fully. • Technical specification should be complete.
