- Tenders are invited for Purchase of Modify Starch Bid document price: 300.00 Birr A complete set of bidding documents prepared in the English language can be purchased by interested eligible bidders at the address given below upon submission of a nonrefundable fee of birr 300.00 (three hundred birr only). All bids must be accompanied by a bid security according to the bid document in the form of a CPO or bank guarantee. Bidders should submit their technical and financial proposal (offer) separately in wax-sealed envelopes which shall be submitted in the tender box on or before the closing date. The company reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The bid will be closed after 30 working days at 3:00 p.m. starting from the invitation date announced in the Addis Zemen newspaper and will be opened after 3 days from the closing date at the Kombolcha head office at 4:00 a.m. in the presence of bidders or their duly authorized representatives. If the bid opening day is a weekend or holiday it will be held on the next working day at the same time.
