- Tenders are invited for Purchase of following: 1 Neck Scarf (Commonly Known as Fota/ Gabi Lemene) -1:60 cm2:20 Cm Pcs 6,000 2 Plastic Slipper (Commonly Known as Ergendo or Equivalent)- (Small, Medium and Large Size) Pcs 6,000 Bidders must submit renewed trade, legal license, and all the necessary certificates for the year 2014 EC. Bid proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope for each lot to CARE Ethiopian clearly marked by "Company name, Legal stamp, Bid no and Lot no" Bidders must submit sample along with the bid document clearly sating the name of the company Company profile showing past performance Bid proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond amounting 2% of the offer in the form of bank Guarantee or CPO valid at least three month from the date of bid submission. Winner suppliers will be required to submit a performance bond amounting 10% of the award value. The offer shall be submitted in English language. Validity date of your offer should be at least 60 days. Please indicate the delivery time in your offer. CARE Ethiopia have the right to decrease or increase the quantity of the items when awarding Payment should be settled after delivery and presentation of valid invoice. Delivery place will be Care Ethiopia Addis Ababa office. Sealed bid proposals must be deposited in a locked tender box prepared for this purpose until October 22, 2021 4:30 pm to CARE Ethiopia, Reception Unit (Addis Ababa, 22 Mazoria behind Lex Plaza Building, in front of Ha'geez Cultural Restaurant). Please, note that public Bid opening is not applicable for this invitation to Bid. CARE Ethiopia reserves the right to reject the bid partially or fully.
